I always have an amazing time no matter if im in the drive-thru or if I go inside. The baristas are always in a good mood, and very kind. Sebastian, Jill, Aliviyah, Leilani, Gaby, and Jamie, those are the baristas I normally see and they always treat me with respect and kindness.

This location we've never had an issue, but today they treated my daughter HORRIBLY. They aggressively gave my daughter her drink and spilled some on her, and slammed their drive thru window rudely. In addition, they said they were "coached" not to remove lemonade from their cannonball refreshers. I just spoke with Lea from Corporate, and was told this was unacceptable and not true across the company world wide. Even on the app there's an option not to include lemonade. The rudeness of those on staff today was beyond unacceptable, and the rule of not putting lemonade in the drink was absurd by whomever the supervisor is. There's a right way and wrong way to treat individuals, and the 2 women today should no longer work for Starbucks, or any positions dealing with the public. They made the excuse the wind blew the drive through window shut hard. Funny that has never occurred my other visits. Another excuse was "Well, we want to make sure you're getting your money's worth." This drink doesn't already have lemonade in it...just don't add it. This location could learn a lot from Bloomington-Normal and Bolingbrook locations. Never an issue with attitudes or ordering. Shoutout to Lea fro

They are nice, but a bit busy. I wanted my drink iced but they on accidentally made it hot. They did remake it and were nice about the mix up.
